We offer a refund for any unopened and unused product boxes, regardless of reason however the shipping charge is non-refundable. If you have any lose sachets, capsule packs, or bottles, please do not send these to us as we will not be able to offer you a refund on these items.
It is the customer's responsibility to repackage the items for return, please use original packaging where you can. Skinade does not send out boxes, envelopes, jiffy bags or any other packaging material for customers to return items.
Please retain proof of postage as if the return goes missing while on its way to us, we will not be able to offer a refund without this.
You must get in touch with us within 28 days of receiving your order if you do wish to return products, this must be done BEFORE you send the product back. Failure to contact us prior to your return being sent will delay the return. We do not cover the return cost of shipping unless the product is faulty.

If you have purchased skinade to be shipped Internationally, you are liable for any additional fees and customs charges once the parcel reaches the intended destination.
If you choose to return the product, there may be additional charges removed from the refund amount due. This is because of the high cost of returning the order back to the UK.
If you have purchased any products from our website and you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us urgently. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel, we will not be able to action this and you will therefore have to wait until the parcel has arrived in the destination country before we can action a refund, which could incur the additional charges mentioned above.

Skinade orders are shipped to contiguous residential addresses only, and can take up to 6 business days to be delivered (excluding holidays).
Orders are processed and shipped Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders can take up to 7 business days to process.
Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm EST, or on a Saturday/Sunday will not begin processing until the following business day (excluding holidays).

Free Standard shipping (5 to 7 days) for all orders of £75 or more
£6 shipping charge fee for Standard shipping (5 to 7 days) on orders below £75
£15.00 shipping charge fee for Express shipping (2 business days) on all orders.

Customers have up to one hour after an order has been placed to Cancel or Edit their order via the links in the Order Confirmation Screen and/or the Order Confirmation email. Orders cannot be Canceled or Edited after One Hour.
Customers are responsible for notifying our Consumer Support team when an order has been returned to Vanessa Charest Aesthetic by the shipper due to an insufficient address or other delivery issues.
Refunds for orders that are returned to VCA by the shipper can take up to 14 days to process.
